Communication with scan tool is not possible. (Communication with auto-cruise control-ECU only is not possible.)

Comment
The cause is probably a malfunction of auto-cruise control ECU power supply main switch circuit or a malfunction of auto-cruise control-ECU ground circuit.

Probable cause
- Malfunction of the connector
- Malfunction of the harness
- Malfunction of the auto-cruise control-ECU
