Drive Belt Tension Check

Generator And Air Conditioning Compressor Drive Bed Tension Adjustment





1. Loosen the tensioner pulley fixing nut.
2. With the tensioner pulley fixing nut temporarily tightened to 15 Nm (11 ft. lbs.), adjust the belt tension or deflection amount to the standard value range by using the adjusting bolt.





Standard value:

3. Tighten the tensioner pulley fixing nut.
Tightening torque: 49 Nm (36 ft. lbs.)
