DIAGNOSIS

STEP 1. Check the accelerator cable adjustment.
If incorrect, adjust it. Then check that the malfunction is eliminated.

If correct, go to Step 2.

STEP 2. Check the return spring.
If incorrect, replace it. Then check that the malfunction is eliminated.

If correct, go to Step 3.

STEP 3. Check the throttle lever.
If incorrect, replace it. Then check that the malfunction is eliminated.
