Wiper Relay (Built-In Column Switch) Check

1. Check to ensure that there is continuity between terminals (5) and (11) and between the terminals (6) and (10), and that there is no continuity between terminals (5) and (11).
2. Connect the positive terminal of the battery to terminal (5) and the negative terminal to terminal (11) to check that the battery voltage is available at terminal (6).
