Timing Belt: Adjustments

Timing Belt Tension Adjustment





1. Remove the access cover.





2. Loosen the timing belt tensioner mounting bolt 1 or 2 turns.
3. Turn the crankshaft two turns in the clockwise direction.
4. Tighten the timing belt tensioner mounting bolt.
5. Attach the access cover.
