Transmission Mount: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
Pre-removal Operation:
(1) Air Cleaner Assembly Removal.
(2) Jack Up the Engine and Transaxle Assembly Until There is no Weight on the Transaxle Mount Bracket Insulator.

Follow removal steps outlined in illustration.

INSTALLATION
Installation in reverse order as removal.

Installation Service Point





>A< Transaxle Mount Stopper Installation.
Align the notches on the stopper with the transaxle mount bracket with the arrow mark facing toward the shown direction. Then install the stopper.

Post-installation Operation:
- Air Cleaner Assembly Installation.

INSPECTION
- Check each insulator for cracks or damage.
- Check each bracket for deformation or damage.
