Oil Pan: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
Pre-removal Operation:
- Engine Oil Draining.
- Under Cover Removal.
- Front Exhaust Pipe Removal.
- Transfer Assembly Removal.

Follow removal steps outlined in illustration.

Removal Service Point





[A] Oil Pan Removal.
After removing the bolts, use the special tool and a brass bar to remove the oil pan from the cylinder block.

CAUTION: Remove the oil pan gradually since the flange of the oil pan is easy to deform.

INSTALLATION
Installation in reverse order as removal.

Post-installation Operation:
- Engine Oil Supplying.
- Under Cover installation.
- Front Exhaust Pipe Installation.
- Transfer Assembly Installation .
