Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

Hint 1: If the generator outputs no current during engine running, defective generator or short-circuit in the generator G terminal circuit is suspected.

Hint 2: If the engine stalls or the idling speed lowers when the lighting switch is turned ON during idling (warm engine), open-circuit in the generator FR terminal or G terminal circuit is suspected.
