Transmission Cooler: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Drain transaxle fluid.
2. Remove battery.
3. Remove front bumper.
4. Follow removal steps outlined in illustration.

INSPECTION
1. Check the hose for cracks, damage and clogs.
2. Check for rusted or clogged transaxle oil cooler.
3. Check oil cooler fins for bents, damage, and clogged with foreign matter.

INSTALLATION
Installation in reverse order as removal.

NOTE: Operational steps after installation as follows:
1. Fill transaxle fluid.
2. Install battery.
3. Install front bumper.
