Wiper Relay: Testing and Inspection

1. With column switch connector connected, place ignition switch in Accessory position.
2. Set wiper switch to intermittent function and note operation time. When set to fastest speed, wipers should cycle at three second intervals; at slowest speed, wipers should cycle at approximately 12 second intervals.
3. If results are not as specified, replace relay.
