Turn the ignition to "ON" and repeatedly turn the stop light switch "ON" and "OFF" 10 times according to the timing shown in the illustration. After this, take a note of the flashing pattern output from the ABS warning light.





NOTE: If there is no change in the input (ON/OFF) to the stop light switch within 3 seconds of turning the ignition switch "ON" and depress the brake pedal, or more than a 1 second delay between subsequent brake pedal depressions, the system will return to normal mode, and no codes will be output until the ignition key is turned "OFF" and back to "ON" again.
