Blower Motor: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.

2. Remove blower assembly in numbered sequence shown, Fig. 9.
4. Reverse procedure to install. Connect inside/outside air changeover damper cable as follows:

a. Set instrument panel changeover lever to RECIRC position, then position blower motor damper lever to RECIRC position, Fig. 10.
b. Connect cable to lever pin, Fig. 10, then pull outer cable in direction of arrow until all looseness is removed and secure with clip.
