Radiator: Service and Repair

1. Remove radiator drain plug and drain coolant.
2. Remove radiator cap, then the overflow tube.
3. Remove upper and lower coolant hoses from radiator.
4. On models with automatic transaxle, disconnect fluid cooler lines from radiator.
5. Remove upper insulators, then the radiator assembly.
6. Remove condenser and radiator fan motor assemblies from radiator.
7. Remove shroud from radiator.
8. Reverse procedure to install.
