Input Signal Inspection Points

Troubleshooting Guide:

1. Connect a voltmeter between terminal for "A" and terminal for ground to the diagnosis connector.
2. Make sure that when the following switches are turned on, the output shown in the illustration is delivered. (Only those switches which are related to the theft-alarm system are listed here.
- Driver and front passenger door switches
- Headlight switch
- Front passenger door lock switches
- Hood switch
- Tailgate latch switch
- Front passenger door key cylinder switch Tailgate key cylinder switch

Troubleshooting Guide:

If there is no output of a voltage pattern at all, check for a malfunction of that switch or for damaged or disconnected wiring.
