1. Disable airbag system as described under MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES/AIRBAG SYSTEM DISARMING.
2. Drain engine oil into a suitable container.
3. On models with Active Aero system, remove front undercover in numbered sequence shown in Fig. 25. Install the air dam link assembly in the operative condition for ease of front undercover panel.
4. On all models, remove engine undercover.
5. Remove front exhaust pipe.
6. Remove transfer assembly.
7. Replace oil pan and screen in numbered sequence shown in Fig. 47.
8. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Apply a .16 inch diameter bead of sealant all around oil pan flange.
b. Tighten oil pan bolts in sequence shown in Fig. 48.
c. Rearm airbag system as outlined under MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES/AIRBAG SYSTEM DISARMING.
