Removal and Installation
CLUTCH PEDALSERVICE POINT OF REMOVAL
2. DISCONNECTION OF CLUTCH CABLE
(1) Pull out the cable and turn the adjusting nut counterclockwise to increase the cable play.
(2) Disconnect the cable from the clutch lever.
INSPECTION
^ Check the cable movement for roughness.
^ Check the outer cable for damage.
^ Check the bushings for wear.
^ Check the clutch pedal for bend or torsion.
^ Check the pedal pad for damage or wear.
SERVICE POINTS OF INSTALLATION
7. INSTALLATION OF CLUTCH PEDAL/6. BUSHING
Apply multipurpose grease to the clutch pedal, the bushings and end of the pedal as illustrated.
Grease: Lithium Lube, or equivalent

SERVICE POINT OF INSTALLATION
2. APPLICATION OF GREASE TO CLUTCH CABLE
Apply multipurpose grease to the end of the clutch cable and the clutch lever.
Grease: Lithium Lube, or equivalent
