Removal/Installation

REMOVAL

1. Raise and support vehicle, then remove wheel.
2. Disconnect and cap brake hose.
3. Disconnect parking brake cable.
4. Remove upper and lower guide pin then the caliper assembly.
5. Reverse procedure to install, adjusting parking brake cable as outlined under ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURES/PARKING BRAKE.

INSTALLATION

Reverse removal procedure to install. Replace bushing and pin boot. Tighten sleeve bolts to specification, then bleed brake system.
