1. Disconnect and mark position of black vacuum hose with blue stripe, from solenoid valve.
2. Disconnect harness connector.
3. Connect a suitable vacuum pump to nipple previously connected to black vacuum hose.
4. Apply vacuum and check whether solenoid valve is air tight or not when voltage is applied or not to solenoid valve terminal, Fig. 34.
5. Refer to Fig. 35, during fuel pressure solenoid valve test.
6. Measure resistance of solenoid coil. Resistance should be 36 - 46 ohms at 68°F.
