Emission Checklist Completion

1. Remove the EMR-92-002 emission checklist from the emission kit if you have not done so already.

2. Review the steps shown on the checklist.

3. Check the boxes next to the steps that you performed.

4. Fill in the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) in the appropriate boxes.

5. Sign and date the form. Affix it to the repair order.
