Check for continuity between fan motor relay terminals. With no battery voltage applied to relay, continuity should be present between terminals 2 and 4, Fig. 3. With battery voltage applied to terminals 2 (positive) and 4 (negative), continuity should be present between terminals 1 and 3, Fig. 3.
