FUEL INJECTOR IDENTIFICATION

When replacing an injector in the ECI system injection mixer (Fig. 1) be sure to install the correct replacement part. Injector nozzle diameters differ according to engine application. If the wrong injector is installed, engine performance is affected. To identity the injector, refer to the identification code stamped on the injector body in the location shown in Figure 2, and compare the code with the information given in Table 1.
