Deck Lid Spring - Adjustment

When a Deck Rack (#ATD3YDIX01) is installed on a Tredia, it is necessary to adjust the two springs inside the trunk to insure that when the deck lid is raised, it remains in a secure position.

Follow the procedure below when installing the Tredia Deck Rack.
1. Open deck lid. Remove left and right side plastic trim clips and inside trunk trim panels (if so equipped) to expose springs.
2. Using pliers, reposition springs
3. Reinstall inside trunk trim panels and plastic trim clips.
