Exhaust Manifold: Service and Repair

Exhaust Manifold And Torque Specs:

1. Remove turbocharger.

2. Remove exhaust manifold attaching bolts.

3. Remove exhaust manifold gasket.

NOTE: Check each part for damage and cracks. Using a straight edge and feeler gauge to check cylinder head contacting surface for warpage.

Standard Value: 0.006 in (0.15 mm)

Maximum Value: 0.012 in (0.3 mm)

4. Reverse removal procedures to install.
