REPAIR KITS AVAILABLE

Mitsubishi rear hatch shade kits that need new brackets, latches, support arms, clips or rubber moldings can be repaired using Repair Kits offered by MMSA Parts Department. Five separate repair kits are available.

REPAIR KIT DESCRIPTION
1. Starton Bracket Kit, #AST3ZSIX01. This kit contains:

1 Top Bracket - Left
1 Top Bracket - Right
1 Bottom Bracket - Left
1 Bottom Bracket - Right
4 Pieces Top Tape
2 Pieces Bottom Tape
4 Washers
4 Hex Nuts

2. Cordia Bracket Kit #ACD3ZSIX01. This kit contains:

2 Top Brackets
1 Bottom Bracket - Left
1 Bottom Bracket - Right
2 Pieces Top Tape
2 Pieces Bottom Tape
4 Washers
4 Hex Nuts

3. Shade Latch Kit, #ACD3ZSIX02. This kit fits Starion and Cordia. It contains:

2 Latches
4 Pop Rivets

4. Support and Arm Kit, #ACD3ZSIX03. This kit fits Starion and Cordia. It contains:

1 Support Arm
1 Support Arm Tip
1 clip 1 Hinge
4 Pop Rivets

5. Molding/Foam Tape Kit, #ACD3ZSIX04. This kit fits Starion and Cordia. It contains:

3 lengths adhesive-backed foam tape
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Install the kits as described below.

Starion and Cordia Bracket Kits Follow the instruction sheets on pages 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of this bulletin.
Shade Latch Kit and Support and Arm Kit

1. Using a 1/8" drill, drill out the pop rivets securing the damaged part to the louver.

2. Install the new part with the pop rivets furnished In the kit.
Molding/Foam Tape Kit

1. Using a scraper, remove the old or damaged foam tape from the louver.
2. Clean off all adhesive with solvent such as mineral spirits.
3. Install new foam tape from the kit.
