Harmonic Balancer - Crankshaft Pulley

Install the bolt and washer. Tighten the bolt in four steps.
- Tighten to 90 Nm (66 ft. lbs.)
- Loosen the bolt.
- Tighten to 47 - 53 Nm (34 - 39 ft. lbs.)
- Tighten an additional 85 - 90 degrees
