Instrument Panel Ducts

DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove the instrument panel/dash board. Refer to: Body and Frame, Interior Trim, Dashboard/Instrument Panel, Service and Repair, Instrument Panel - Replacement, Service and Repair







2. Remove the screws and the LH windshield defroster hose nozzle.







3. Remove the screws and the RH windshield defroster hose nozzle.







4. Detach the wiring harness clip from the RH A/C evaporator register duct.







5. Detach the wiring harness clip from the heater.







6. Compress and remove the A/C evaporator register duct.







7. Remove the screw and the RH A/C evaporator register duct.







8. Remove the screws and the RH A/C outlet duct.







9. Remove the screws and the LH A/C outlet duct.







10. Remove the screw and the RH A/C side window demister.







11. Remove the screw and the LH A/C side window demister.







12. Remove the screws and the A/C outlet duct.







13. Remove the screws and the center A/C outlet duct

ASSEMBLY
1. Follow the disassembly procedure in reverse order.
