Wiper Motor Linkage: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.

NOTE: Make sure that the wiper motor is in the park position.







2. Remove the wiper arms.
1 Remove the plastic covers.
2 Remove the nuts.
^ Lift the wiper arms and release them from the taper by moving them to the side.
3. Open the hood.







4. Remove the cowl grille.
^ Remove the screw covers
^ Remove the bolts.
^ Remove the weatherseal.
^ Disconnect the cowl grille at the rear and remove it.







5. Remove the wiper motor with linkage and disconnect the wiper motor electrical connector.

INSTALLATION












1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
