1. Raise and support rear of vehicle, then remove wheel and tire assembly.
2. Remove brake drum and hub as described under ``Wheel Bearing, Replace.''
3. Remove spindle to strut unit attaching bolts, then remove control bolt, Figs. 4 and 5.
4. Remove spindle from strut unit.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Torque spindle to strut unit and control arm attaching bolts to 69 to 86 ft. lbs.
