ISSUE: The location of the EEC IV processor was not clearly defined in the Engine/Emissions Diagnosis portion of the Scorpio Shop Manual, Section 3-12.

Figure 5:

ACTION: If service is required, the EEC IV processor is located in a tray behind the glove box. To gain access to the EEC IV processor, remove four (4) push pins and insulator panel from below the glove box. The EEC IV processor is located on the right hand side of the tray, Figure 5.
