REMOVAL

1. Disconnect electrical connector from throttle position sensor.
2. Bend washer plate retaining tabs to release bolts, then remove throttle position sensor bolts and the sensor.Fig.8



INSTALLATION

1. Install sensor on throttle body with electrical connector facing forward.
2. Install sensor and washer plate to throttle body and torque bolts to 10-16 inch lbs.
3. Bend washer plate tabs upward to lock sensor retaining bolts.
