EGR Control Solenoid: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect the EGR vacuum regulator solenoid electrical connector.





2. Disconnect and mark the three EGR vacuum regulator solenoid vacuum hoses from the EGR vacuum regulator solenoid.

NOTE: The solenoid has a threaded stud and a 10mm nut that attaches the EGR vacuum regulator solenoid to the EGR vacuum regulator solenoid bracket.

3. Remove the EGR vacuum regulator solenoid nut and the EGR vacuum regulator solenoid.

INSTALLATION

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
