EGR Backpressure Transducer: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) modulator valve vacuum hose from the EGR modulator valve.
2. Disconnect the EGR modulator valve-to-EGR valve vacuum hose.
3. Remove the two EGR modulator valve bracket bolts.





4. Remove the EGR modulator valve and bracket.
5. Remove the two EGR modulator valve bracket-to-EGR modulator valve bolts.





6. Remove the EGR modulator valve bracket from the EGR modulator valve.

INSTALLATION

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
