Climate Control Assembly

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Remove the four console compartment plastic screws or the C/D changer cover plastic screws (if equipped) and the console compartment door or the C/D changer cover.
3. Remove the instrument panel ash receptacle.







4. Remove the two upper center instrument panel finish panel screws and the two lower center instrument panel finish panel screws.
5. Remove the center instrument panel finish panel and disconnect the cigar lighter socket and the cigar lighter illumination lamp electrical connectors.







6. Remove the four climate control screws, and pull the climate control from the instrument panel.
7. Disconnect the five electrical connectors from the climate control assembly and remove the climate control assembly from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
