Cruise Control Servo: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.







2. Loosen the speed control actuator cable locknut.
3. Remove the speed control actuator from the throttle lever.
4. Disconnect the speed control actuator electrical connector.







5. Remove the three speed control servo bracket bolts from the speed control servo bracket.







6 .Remove the speed control actuator from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION

To install, reverse the removal procedure. Tighten the speed control actuator cable locknut to 8-11 N.m (71-97 Lb-In) .
