Back Flushing-Heater Core

1. Release pressure in the cooling system by slowly turning the radiator cap counterclockwise to the first step of the radiator filler neck.
^ When pressure has been released, remove the radiator cap.

WARNING: DO NOT OPEN THE COOLING SYSTEM WHILE IT IS HOT OR THE ENGINE IS RUNNING.

2. Partially drain the cooling system.
3. Use cooling system Flush-All, Flush Kit Hardware Package and Drain Kit to back flush the heater core. Use Ford Premium Cooling System Flush F1AZ-19A503-A or equivalent meeting Ford specification ESR-M14P7A.
4. Fill the cooling system.
