Install windshield (1) within 10 minutes after applying adhesive material, otherwise adhesive force of glue starts to decrease.The windshield (1) must be installed at an acute angle to the A-pillars, otherwise the installation operation is unnecessary difficult and the danger exists of the windshield (1) heating against the body flange and being damaged.
Ensure that at least one vehicle door remains open while the adhesive material cures. When a vehicle door is closed, the vibration to the body can change the installation position of the windshield (1). The curing time of the adhesive material is approx. 2 h, measured from the time the adhesive material is applied.

Use suction lifting device and cup suction tool for installing and removing windshield (1). Aid of a helper is also required.

1. Remove protective foil from apex seal on windshield (1).
2. Center windshield (1) above body opening, with aid of helper, and carefully lower bottom edge onto body flange.
3. Position bottom ends of windshield (1) against screws (2), carefully lower windshield (1) onto body flange and align to coincide with strips of adhesive tape (arrows).
4. Remove suction lifting device and both cup suction tools from windshield (1).
