Repair Materials:

Install windshield on body flange (1) within 10 minutes after applying adhesive material, otherwise adhesive force of glue starts to decrease.

1. Mask off threaded holes in reinforcement (3).

Only when roof splinter guard strip has been removed.

2. Guide application nozzle along body flange (1) as well as along reinforcements (2, 3) and uniformly apply adhesive material in form of bead with height of approx. 16 mm.

The inner adhesive bead (support bead) runs from the top to the bottom rubber window spacer on the left and right reinforcement (2). Apply the adhesive material to the masking tape (4) in the lower area.
Completely press out glue not required immediately following application (disposal).
