1 Jack up vehicle at the front (the suspension must be fully rebounded).
2 For adjusting the camber and caster the respective series production bolt (19a) on the lower transverse control arm must be replaced by a repair bolt (19c).

The repair bolt (19c) must not be twisted after fixing in position in the mount of the lower transverse control arm.

Only tighten the nuts in the ready to drive condition so that the rubber mounts of the lower transverse control arm can twist when the suspension compresses.

The repair bolt (19c) is centered by the adjusting washers (19d) in the elongated hole.

The repair bolt (19c) can be installed in the right or left position by inserting the adjusting washers (19d). As a result a range of adjustment of 3 mm inwards or outwards arises at the lower transverse control arm.
