Removing and installing transmitter/receiver unit

Shown On Model 220:

1 Connect quiescent current retention unit
- See "Commercially Available Tools" below.

2 Disconnect ground cable of battery
3.1 Remove rear seat cushion
3.2 Remove bucket seats
- Model 220 with code 401, right side only.
4 Remove seat adjustment mechanism on rear seat
- Model 220 with code 401, right side only.
5 Fold back cover mats
6 Unscrew screws (1) and remove cradle (2)
7 Disconnect connector (3) and antenna connection (4) from telephone transmitter/receiver (A35)
8 Install in the reverse order
9 Perform function check.
