1. Remove three screws which secure cupholder to center armrest. Remove cupholder assembly. Carefully drill out four dimples on underside of cupholder assembly using 4.5 mm drill bit. Attach cradle to cupholder assembly using four screws.

2. Reinstall cupholder assembly by setting rear portion into position first. Secure assembly to armrest with three screws (note that the longer screw is used to secure the outer portion of the assembly, while the two shorter screws are for securing the bottoms of the cupholders wells).

3. Remove cover from fixed connector in back of armrest tray. Connect pigtail connector from cradle straight into fixed connector.

4. Install trim piece behind cradle by sliding front of trim piece under cradle. Make certain that the coil cord passes through notch on trim piece - do not pinch coil cord. Secure trim piece by pressing down gently.
