Rear Bushing (Front Lower Control Arm)

REMOVAL
1. Remove lower wishbone.
2. Clamp wishbone in vise
- Use aluminum or equivalent soft jaws








3. Mount bowls (012k) of removal/installation tool No. 140 589 11 43 00, or equivalent between wishbone eye and rubberized stop ring (collar) and install sleeve (012m) bowls (012k), remove hydraulic mount

INSTALLATION
1. Clean mounting bores for the mount in the wishbone
2. Coat rubber mount (4g) with lubricant part No. 000 989 03 67, or equivalent

CAUTION: Do not use any oil or grease.








3. Attach hydraulic mount with the offset recess (arrow) towards the horizontals of the wishbone (weld seam)
- A towards outside of vehicle
- B towards center axis of vehicle
4. Using removal/installation tool pull in hydraulic mount until it abuts the collar in the lower wishbone

CAUTION: Do not use impact wrench or force

5. Install lower wishbone
