Rear Heater Core (Models with Rear A/C)

The heater core serves for heating up the air flowing through to the rear compartment nozzle and/or rear footwell air outlets in the rear vehicle passenger compartment.

The heated coolant flows through the rear heater core separately for the left and right side. The heat is transferred to the outside by the aluminum tubes and fins. In this manner, the air is heated up as it flows through on its way to the rear nozzle and/or rear footwell air outlets in the rear vehicle passenger compartment.
