AR42.45-P-0819A Remove/Install ESP Charge Plunger Unit
- with CODE (472a) Electronic stability program (ESP)







DANGER
^ Risk of poisoning due to consuming brake fluid.
^ Risk of injury due to brake fluid coming into contact with the skin or eyes.
^ Only pour brake fluid into suitable, appropriately marked containers.
^ Wear protective clothing and safety glasses when handling brake fluid.

Removal


1. Ignition OFF.
2. Disconnect hydraulic lines.
- Seal hydraulic lines and connections with blind plugs.

Installation
Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
- Tighten lines to Charging Pump to: 15 Nm
- Bleed brake system.
- Read and clear any Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC's).
