Front Passenger Seat Backrest

Preliminary work:
Front passenger seat removed.
Cover on seat guide rails removed
































Screw (arrow) on panelling (3)
screw out and remove panelling (3) toward front.
Screws (arrows) on panelling (4)
screw out and remove panelling (4) upwards and to the rear.
Rubber tensioners (arrows) of cloth apron (5)
unhook.
Screws on left and right of backrest fitting
screw out (4 pieces) WAF 13 or internal Torx T50, Nm: 50
Backrest (1)
remove from seat frame.
Reinstall
in opposite order.



Installation, removal







1 Screw out screw (arrow) on panelling (3) and remove panelling (3) toward front.







2 Screw out screws (arrows) on panelling (4) and remove panelling (4) upwards and to the rear.







3 Unhook rubber tensioners (arrows) and drive back rubber apron (5).







4 Screw out screws (arrows) on backrest fitting (WAF 13 or internal Torx T50, Nm: 50).







5 Screw out screws (arrows).







6 Remove backrest (1) from seat frame upwards.
7 Reinstall in opposite order.
