Blower Motor Resistor: Service and Repair

NOTE: The Blower Motor Resistor (A32n1) is an integrated part of the Blower Motor Assembly (A32). If it is necessary to replace the Blower Motor Resistor (A32n1), it is required to replace the Blower Motor Assembly (A32) as a unit.


Removing and Installing Blower Motor





1 Remove cover below instrument panel (passenger side) Service and Repair

NOTE: Before installing cover under instrument panel, check function.

2 Push locking mounts (1) to one side (arrows), fold cover (2) downwards
3 Disconnect electrical cables (4 and 5)
3 Slide catch mounts (1) to side (arrows)
4 Unscrew screws (6)
5 Remove blower (A32m1)
6 Reinstall in opposite order.
