Condenser HVAC: Service and Repair

Removing







1 Drain air conditioning system (recycling).
2 Remove front bumper.
3 Remove front central bracing (arrow).







4 Unscrew screws (88 and 89) and place both auxiliary fans to one side.







5 Unscrew lines (61 and 62) from condenser (63).
6 Unscrew screws (90) and lift out condenser upwards.


Installing
7 Install in the reverse sequence, lightly coating the connections with cold-flowing oil.
8 Evacuate air conditioning system and refill; check for leaks and check function Testing and Inspection
