MODIFIED MOUNTING CLAMP FOR COOLING SYSTEM VENT LINE MODEL 201.122








Since May 1984, the vent line has been attached to the fan shroud with a modified mounting clamp (arrow, Figure 1). The modified clamp can be recognized by the securing pin (arrow, B, Figure 2).

The previous version clamp can break at the clip (e.g. during repair work), detaching the vent line. If the clamp breaks or is pulled out during repairs on older engines, the modified mounting clamp must be installed.
