Seat Belt Extension: Service and Repair

Extender Rack





Removal:
- Move seat belt extender to operational position by switching on ignition and closing door.
- Disconnect ground lead on battery within 30 s.
- Remove guide (1) from rack (2) together with seat belt.
- Pull rack (2) out of guide rail (3).

Installation:
- Insert rack (2) into the guide rail (3) approx. 30 mm.
- Install guide (1)
- Connect battery ground lead.
