AR14.40-P-0001-01GZ Remove/Install Line; Change If Necessary


Note: Preparatory operations: remove AdBlue tank.


Note: Replacing the AdBlue tank requires replacement of the preassembled AdBlue line.
These instructions cover exchange of the AdBlue line and adaptation of an electrical connector.
Adaptation takes place by means of exchange of the connector housing on the "AdBlue line" connection on the "pump module".




1. Remove AdBlue line (1n) from the new AdBlue tank.
2. Detach connector housing (3n) from AdBlue line (1n).
3. Disconnect connector (4n) from connector housing (3n).




4. Remove AdBlue line (1a) for alternate usage of the old AdBlue tank.
5. Detach connector housing (3n) from AdBlue line (1n).
6. Disconnect connector (4n) from connector housing (3n).




7. Connect connector (4a) with connector housing (3n).
8. Attach connector housing (3n) to AdBlue line (1a).




9. Attach changed AdBlue line (1a) to new AdBlue tank.
