To this end, reception by at least three satellites is necessary, whereby the vehicle must be out in the open. To test reception press the "Info" button. If signals are received by the Global Positioning System (GPS), then the calibration can be started after a period of 10 to max. 30 min.
8 Perform calibration run.
The route for the calibration should be designed as follows: Drive at least 300 m straight ahead and then turn to the right or left (the angle must be at least 60 ), drive a further 300 m at least straight ahead and then turn off again. This procedure should be repeated two to three times. If the road will not permit a distance of 300 m straight ahead to be driven, or a 60 turn is not possible, then this will not compromise the calibration process. This only increases the distance to be driven.
9 Complete calibration run.
The calibration run is completed when the location is displayed by pressing the "Info" button.
